Service Description
Weekday birthday parties include: 2.5 hours of celebration with private access to our play space with 30 minutes for food and cake You’ll have 30 minutes before your party starts to set up, and one of our friendly team members will be your dedicated day-of coordinator to help things run smoothly. Bring your own food, drinks, and cake! Just remember to pack your own party essentials—decorations, tableware, and serving items. Tables and chairs for children will be provided (Including one high chair) Cake stand will be provided All items must be cleaned up and removed within 20 minutes after your party ends. Let’s make it joyful, simple, and just the way you imagined.
Cancellation Policy
Open Play Booking Policy – The Little Hive Session Length Each open play session is 2 hours long. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full session. Booking in Advance All sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Missed Sessions Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Supervision Required A parent or guardian must remain on-site during open play. This is not a drop-off service. Health & Safety For the well-being of all our guests, please do not attend if your child is feeling unwell. Our space is regularly cleaned and sanitized to maintain a safe environment for all. Socks will be provided for an additional charge at the space.
